Shanghai Chengong electrical control Co., Ltd is the first joystick manufacturer devoted to industrial joysticks for more than 20 years, including joystick innovation, R&D, production and customize service. CGEC has over 20 serious of products and 5 national patents, serving home and global customers in many industries. Industrial joystick is applied to AWP(aerial work platform), and CCTV, remote control. Construction Machinery, heavy duty operations, and vehicles, crane, forklift, excavator, electrohydralic control system and so on. In AWP field, we have kinds of joysticks used on Genie, JLG, Haulotte, Skyjack, Manitou, Snorkel UpRight, SANY, XCMG, ZOOMION and so on. Our company covers an area of 2000 Square meters. There are more than 80 employees, include 50 front-line workers, 10 technologists and 4 quality inspectors in our factory. The registered capital of our company attains 1 million RMB. And our annual sales can reach 80000 pieces. In order to bring the most qualified products to the market, our Quality Control Department performs strict quality inspection process from the sourcing of raw materials to the testing of the finished products to ensure that only the best products can ever leave our factory for the customers. <br/><br/>In 2007, we signed agreement with UC for the aftermarket of AWP. Which is also a very important partner in north America market till now. <br/><br/>In 2009, we developed model HJ5 which was used in mining machine and off-high way vehicle, and successfully get the utility model patent in 2011. <br/><br/>In 2012, we signed agreement with Vertimac in Belgium we got about and during the same year, we got the design patent of model SS hand grip which is used in construction vehicles. <br/><br/>Then in 2016, we change our named and moved to this new office. And again we develop Multi-axis joystick and got the patent. It′s a very busy year. <br/><br/>In 2018, we got ISO9001 certification, and the most important, we introduced Inamori Kazuo management philosophy to improve our management and build our company′s value. <br/><br/>In 2019, the company promises that all joysticks will enjoy lifetime free maintenance service. <br/><br/>In 2020, CGEC has established its own machining center, including CNC, machine tools, milling machines and other equipment, which can independently process joysticks parts or independently accept parts orders.
